24 sqm stand at one of the most prominent places in the exhibition hall reserved for Platinum Partners.
Scientific Program
Platinum Partners can hold a luncheon symposium during the Congress, this limited to 60 minutes. The Scientific Program of the luncheon symposium should be defined by Platinum Partner Company. Rent of auditorium for holding the luncheon symposium is included into the package together with all necessary technical equipment for demonstration of presentations. Platinum Partners will be in charge of lunch box service and distribution of Scientific Program Booklets for the Symposium. Invited speakers and all related expenses (including transportation and accommodation costs) will be on Platinum Partner’s behalf.
Registration
Free registration will be provided for up to 5 employees of your stand throughout the Congress.
Web Site
As soon as you confirm your participation to the Congress, the logo and name of Platinum Partner will appear on the web site of the Congress with mention of Partner ing.
Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony of the 60th International ESCVS Congress at the Bolshoi Theatre on May 20, 2011 a Welcome address and words of gratitude will be announced devoted to the generous contribution of your company to organization and preparation of the Jubilee European Forum for Cardiovascular Surgery. Your logo will be placed during the Opening Ceremony in the Bolshoi theatre, during Leriche Memorial Lecture, Gala Dinner and plenary sessions. Company flags can be put in the dining room during Gala Dinner.

Platinum Partners will receive 3 tickets for the Opening Ceremony and Gala dinner free of charge.
Donation
A donation of at least 100.000 EURO + 6 % overhead expenses is required for Platinum Partnership.
The Organizing Committee is very happy to tailor Partnership packages to individual company needs.
