Cashless payment of registration fee is possible until April 10, 2011. From April 10, 2011 and during the Congress you will be able to register at a higher rate. Cashless payment of registration fee is possible before May 15, 2011. After May 15, 2011 you can pay only by cash during the Congress in Moscow.

Certificate of attendance
The Opening Ceremony of the 60-th Jubilee ESCVS Congress will take place in the world-famous State Academic Bolshoi Theatre.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellations must be notified in the written form to the Congress Secretariat.
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- Until March 20, 2011: refund of 70% of registration fees received
- Until April 10, 2011: 50% of payment will be refunded
- Until April 20, 2011: 25% of payment will be refunded
- On or after April 20, 2011: no refund
All refunds will be handled after the Congress.
Insurances
The Congress Organizers will not bear any responsibility for personal insurance, luggage insurance, insurance of valuables and for personal injuries caused by third parties, participants therefore will be required to sign an insurance contract. Besides, the responsibility will not cover issues caused as a result of cataclysms, climatic conditions and other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers.
